December 5, 2019 to present: I’m back home in San Carlos, California. After 6 weeks of traveling without my computer, I’m trying to catch up on things like bills, budgeting, and blog update, while also reuniting with friends and family for the Xmas holidays.
After 15 years working in finance at tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, I decided to quit my job and take a break to reflect on the direction and content of my life. Coincidentally, in the last 2 years, I've become an avid sailor. So as I look to "chart a new course" for my life - I'm hoping to center it on sailing, volunteering, and traveling.
